This metal house portrait is a realtor closing gift drawn from photos of the home, laser cut from 16 gauge steel and personalized with a family name or address.
The example is a single-story brick house with a gabled roof, an attached garage and a planted front bed edged in stone, shown beside the photo it was drawn from. Agents hand it over at closing, and new owners hang it in the entry, over the mantel or by the front door. As a housewarming gift it marks a first home, a new build, or a family home being sold after many years.
Upload photos of the house when you order, or choose to send them later, and add your logo if you want subtle branding. An artist draws the house in 1 to 3 days and emails you a mock-up, landscape or portrait to match your photos. Revisions are unlimited, and each portrait is made to order and goes to the laser only after you approve it.

Do I approve the drawing before you cut?
Yes. An artist draws the house from your photos in 1-3 days and sends a mock-up. Unlimited revisions, and nothing is cut until you approve it.
What if I do not have the photos right now?
Choose "Send image(s) later" when you add it to the cart. We email you an upload link, and the drawing starts when your photos arrive.
Can I add my logo?
Yes, upload it with your order (it is optional). The artist adds it as tasteful branding and you see it on the mock-up before anything is cut.
What if I change my mind?
Before you approve the drawing you can cancel at any point for a full refund, and there is no fee. Revisions are unlimited and free, so most people refine the drawing rather than cancel. After delivery, an unused piece can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, and returns are free.
