What is our refund policy? (Our Guarantee)

Ensuring your complete satisfaction is at the heart of what we do at our custom metal decor and portraits store. We're dedicated to creating a piece you'll adore. If the initial design doesn't meet your expectations, rest assured, we offer revisions to refine it to your liking. Should you decide to cancel after reviewing the preview and subsequent revisions, we understand. In such cases, we will issue a refund, keeping only a 15% fee to compensate our artists for their efforts.

Special Note for Pet Portraits: We offer a 100% refund with no fee for artist compensation.

Lost Artwork Guarantee

If the Artwork is lost by the courier shipping agent, we will send you a new artwork at absolutely no charge to you. Contact us 5-25 days after delivery approval for assistance regarding the lost painting.

Artwork Damage

If your art arrives damaged, reach out to us within 30 days by contacting our customer support. We will craft & ship a new piece for you free of charge. Make sure to contact us as soon as possible, as we may not be able to re-craft the artwork if the deadline is missed.

100% Satisfaction

If the preview of your portrait doesn't quite capture what you had in mind, we're here to make it right. You can request as many revisions as needed at no extra cost! However, if after these modifications you still feel the portrait isn't a perfect fit, we understand. Just reach out to our customer support, and we'll process a refund, retaining only a 15% fee for the artist's work up to that point.

Digital File Refund Policy

Digital download files cannot be refunded once they have been sent to you, regardless of whether you return the physical portrait.

Non-Refundable Service

The “Fast lane order” service may not be refundable if it has been provided to you in accordance with our policy.

Shipping Costs

The “Expedited shipping” costs may not be refunded if the service has been provided to you in accordance with our policy.

If I change my mind am I able to cancel my order?

Yes. As long as your cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing your order.
After the 24 hour period, cancellations will be accepted at our discretion. We might charge you a 15% cancellation fee, since work will have already been done on your order.
Orders that have already been crafted cannot be cancelled.

Can I return the order after I have received it?

Absolutely! If you decide the art piece isn't right for you, you can return it in its original packaging within 30 days of receiving it. Because our art is 100% custom and made-to-order specifically for you, we do charge a 30% restocking fee once we receive the item back. We strive to ensure your satisfaction and appreciate your understanding.
