How do I pick a size?
Portraits are sized by how many people are in the photo: 8x10 holds 1 to 2, 12x16 up to 4, 16x20 up to 8, and 18x24 up to 10. Signs are sized by wall span instead, at 18, 24 or 30 inches. Every product page shows its size guide before you choose.
Do I see it before you cut it?
Yes. An artist hand draws your piece and sends a proof in 1 to 3 days. Revisions are unlimited and free, and nothing is cut until you approve it.
How long does delivery take?
Made and dispatched in 5 to 15 business days, then Express tracked 2 to 6 business days or Economy tracked 7 to 15. Free shipping over $150.
What if it is not right?
Before you approve, revise as many times as you like at no charge, and cancel at any point for a full refund with no fee. After delivery, an unused piece can be returned within 60 days for a full refund, and returns are free.
